My Story

I've Spent My Career Inside the Practices You're Trying to Build.

I'm Liz Lord — a professional business coach and dental consultant with over three decades in dentistry. Together with my team, we bring over a century of combined experience to every engagement. I've worked with and owned interests in various small businesses, and developed a deep niche in private and small-group health-related practices — with dentistry at the center of everything I do.

I understand the gap that dental school leaves. You were trained to be an exceptional clinician — and then handed the keys to a business with no roadmap. I've spent my career building that roadmap, practice by practice, alongside owners who were smart, hardworking, and exhausted.
